Glitter and Flocking
depth and texture to what ever you put them on.  You can use them with
stamps (as mentioned in stamping) or put them on directly with glue.  
Personally, I like to use a mixture of glue with a little water mixed in  and
"paint" the glue on in spots, and then add the glitter or the flocking.  Another
method is to run a die cut up-side down through the Xyron sticker machine -
and you'll have a surface with a perfect, even amount of adhesive that will
take the glitter or flocking evenly!  You can run it through again, right-side
up and now have a perfectly flocked or glittery sticker - ready to use!
