Guillotine Cutters are one of the most
perfect tools for cutting down photos and
mats. The pieces have to be relatively
small to start with - but I don't know of a
better tool for small, detailed cutting. I can
get a lot of cropping and matting done with
just this. It's the perfect size for a lot paper
cutting I do for scrapbooking, card making
and the embellishing. I wouldn't use
anything else for cutting small vellum quotes
- or any delicate paper. The graph lines on
the cutter make the measurements
accurate, and easy to read.
